Our coaching and leadership development programs are grounded in our Tri-Lens Reflection Model, which shifts the focus of and conversations in coaching between three lenses – self, others, and the systems in which we live, work, and lead – to bring attention and presence to all three.
Our coaches apply our FACS™ Coaching Model to all of our coaching work, ensuring the appropriate feedback, accountability, challenge, and support is integrated into all engagements.

I was able to discuss real situations relating to my team and get feedback from my coach. I found this approach to real situations that we are working on and coaching me in these moments the most helpful.
Ken Giglio helped me become a better leader in a number of ways. First, he helped me understand, beyond a superficial level, my true strengths and my development needs and how they both manifest themselves in my day-to-day behavior. Second, Ken helped me understand the value of “present moment awareness,” which has helped me become a better listener and allows me to engage more charismatically with my audience. Third, he helped me sharpen my executive networking skills using techniques that I was comfortable with. Finally, but most importantly, Ken helped me find my own unique leadership style rather than trying to become someone I am not.
What I’ve gained from my executive coaching sessions with Ken has now become part of my daily leadership arsenal for my interactions with superiors, peers, and subordinates alike. The communication skills I’ve developed through coaching have made me a more effective leader, especially in bringing people together and keeping them engaged in fruitful dialogue. In this industry, strong executive networking skills are indispensable for generating strategic partnership opportunities. Ken has guided me to take advantage of such opportunities by helping me increase my present moment awareness and my leadership presence, which has markedly enhanced my skills in dialogue. In summary, Ken’s coaching has led me to develop and practice a truly ‘resonant’ leadership style.
The coaching has helped me to be more self-aware of my presence in meetings and with the team. I have elevated my professional presence. I have learned to manage my time more effectively to have time for Preparation. I need to continue to challenge the status quo and move faster on faltering businesses. Challenge more, drive strategy.
Working with Ken as part of CHOP’s leadership development was transformational. He brings remarkable coaching skills to the table. First and foremost, he is a keen listener. His ability to listen and learn helps clients make critical connections on their own. Ken’s empathy and guidance empower clients to not only identify areas in need of further development but also to trust their strengths. Importantly, he helped me to link leadership development with longer-term career goals, which will be key to effectiveness and sustainability. Thanks so much for all your help, Ken!
