Coaching Supervision Group Session: April 4, 2024
Ken Giglio, Principal of Mindful Leadership Consulting, PCC and certified coach supervisor, and Lynne De Lay, the Coach’s Coach, co-lead supervision groups for coaches based on Ken’s Tri-Lens Coaching Supervision Model™.
Their next group meets April 4th. Each two-hour session provides executive coaches a great opportunity to reflect on coaching cases together with colleagues to gain insights into work with clients. Click here to register for this session.
Coach participants have shared the group reflection approach, or group presence, as Lynne and Ken call it, enabled “thought partnership,” “many Ah-Has,” and “new ways of understanding myself as a coach and my clients.”
Sessions are for any internal or external coaches looking to bring their best coach selves to their clients. Ken and Lynne accept a maximum of 10 coaches for each session who have at least three years of experience coaching clients and ACC accreditation, NOT including coaches who are actively working with Mindful Leadership Consulting (to avoid conflicts).
The cost per each two-hour session is $75. There is no fixed membership – sessions are open to all coaches who meet the criteria above.
