Supervision is often confused with Coaching and Mentor Coaching. This is because skills such as effective questioning are shared by all three professional practices. • Supervision – builds and deepens a coach’s capacity and well-being through reflective dialogue
  • Mentor Coaching – builds a coach’s competence using ICF competencies
Coaching – focuses on a coach’s goal-setting and planning both personal and professional.
