Upcoming Coaching Supervision Group Session: June 15, 2023

Ken Giglio, Principal of Mindful Leadership Consulting, PCC and certified coach supervisor, and Lynne De Lay, the Coach’s Coach, co-lead supervision groups for coaches based on Ken’s  Tri-Lens Coaching Supervision Model™.

Their next group will meet June 15th! These sessions are a great opportunity to reflect on coaching cases together with colleagues to gain insights into work with clients. Coach participants have shared the group reflection approach, or group presence, as Lynne and Ken call it, enabled “thought partnership,” “many Ah-Has,” and “new ways of understanding myself as a coach and my clients.”

These sessions are for any internal or external coaches who are looking to bring their best coach self to their clients. Ken and Lynne are accepting a max of 12 coaches for each session who have at least three years of experience coaching clients. Coaches can sign up when they wish and for as many sessions as they wish. The cost per session is $75. There is no fixed membership – sessions are open to all coaches who meet the criteria above.
